Part 2: NWSL CBA rules governing the union
The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) bargained in good faith with the National Women’s Soccer League Players’ Association (NWSLPA) over the course of 40 bargaining sessions to get a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) ratified and executed. The bargaining sessions started in the Fall of 2020 with the final CBA officially executed on April 29, 2022.

My experience in the sports world has been equally marred by inappropriate and indecent behavior toward me by men. Usually, the men are in positions of power. I have had experiences as strong as physical abuse and verbal abuse to seemingly smaller aggressions via Twitter DMs.
Study shows 5% of sports coverage focuses on women
A 30-year study from USC/Purdue University published Wednesday in Communication & Sport, shows that “researchers found that 95% of total television coverage as well as the ESPN highlights show SportsCenter focused on men’s sports in 2019.”
